Measures to contain the coronavirus pandemic
Due to our specialty, our practice is a practice with a comparatively low risk of transmission of the coronavirus. We want to further reduce the residual risk. An important step in restricting the spread of the virus is to limit physical proximity contacts (social distancing).
To ensure your safety, the safety of the practice staff and the functionality of the practice, the following measures apply immediately:
Treatment in our practice is not possible in the following cases, please do not enter our practice in these cases, contact your family doctor:
Stay in a non-EU country within the past two weeks
Contact with a coronavirus infected within the past three weeks
Contact with a risk person / contact person (see above) within the last three weeks
currently existing respiratory disease
For treatment in our practice, following precautions apply:
For your protection, we do not provide a welcome handshake.
Due to the current safety assessment, some examinations are currently not possible or not to the usual extent.
We had to increase the seat spacing in the waiting room, there are currently only waiting options for a maximum of 13 people. All other patients (including those with appointments) must first wait outside the practice until regular waiting spaces have become available again. You will be called in regularly by the staff as soon as waiting spaces become available.
From April 27, 2020, North Rhine-Westphalia has intruduced an obligation to cover mouth and nose in public transport, shopping and doctor's surgeries. This can also be done with textile masks, so-called “everyday masks”.
Please keep a safe distance of at least 1.5 meters from other people! Keep passages clear!
Thank you for your understanding!
